Volunteer Ambulance Officers receive training through Ambulance Tasmania. This occurs in classrooms and through one-on-one training, online learning and, most valuably, on-the-job exposure. The VAOAT encourages all volunteers to complete their annual accreditation training to maintain their skills.

The VAOAT is aware that VAOs are always keen to learn and expand their knowledge, and have gathered a selection of external training opportunities.  We hope you take the time to take advantage of these wonderful resources.

The VAOAT would like to sincerely thank these organisations for sharing their valuable resources with us and their support of our website.
