Welcome to the Volunteer Ambulance Officers Association of Tasmania – Take 5 to Save a Life page.

This page is part of a community initiative to encourage members of the community to keep their first aid skills up-to-date. When every moment counts – every person has the capability of saving a life. 

The VAOAT encourages everyone to undertake a first aid course with a recognised training organisation.

Royal Life Saving Australia demonstrate how to perform CPR on an adult while taking COVID-19 precautions.
